In order to access the configuration area in NewHub SaaS, you need to have the TenantAdmin role assigned to your user account. The TenantAdmin role is a special role that provides administrative privileges within your Qlik Sense tenant, including access to the configuration settings in NewHub SaaS.

If you do not have the TenantAdmin role, you may need to work with your Qlik Sense administrator to grant you the necessary permissions. Only users with the TenantAdmin role will be able to access the configuration area and make changes to the settings in NewHub SaaS.
